SUP Yoga
Our SUP Yoga session is designed to float your body and mind into a calm relaxed place. Using a series of yoga poses we will build strength and flexibility, improve balance and core stability and find our moment of peace and stillness out on the water.
This session is suitable for all. Your instructor will give lots of options and modifications to give you the experience you want and need. Maybe is floating and gazing up at the sky, maybe is downward dog or building into a standing warrior out on the water. You will be encouraged to find what feels good and explore.
Expect laughter along with moments of peace and quiet.
Is this for me?
Suitable for new, beginners, improvers and advanced paddlers. Over 18s
