Building Distance: 10 at 10

In this two hour session you will explore the Beeston Nottingham Canal aiming to build your paddle fitness and stamina. You will be paddling at your own pace aiming to get in a 10km paddle, but don’t worry if you don’t hit that magic number. Time on the water is the most important factor.

On arrival your coach will talk you through your strategy, give you words of encouragement, set your turnaround time and then you’re off out on the water.

Is this for me? 

Perfect for those who have paddled with us before and looking for some extra coaching in building stamina, pace and distance in a relaxed environment. This is a self guided session you must be a confident paddler and you are able to perform a self rescue.

When?

Saturdays: 10:00am - 12:00pm - Beeston Canal, Beeston Heritage Centre
