Performance Training
This session is a combination of land based fitness and, on water interval training that will enhance your overall paddling performance.
We start the session with 30mins of land based strength & conditioning, designed to target the “paddling muscles” to support power, endurance, speed and balance.
We finish the session with interval training. You will be encouraged to understand your training zones, find your “digits” and head out onto the water. Expect to work hard in a supportive environment.
