Race Training

This 2hr training session focuses on the skills, drills and interval blocks to support your race performance.

Each session finishes with your personal weekly time trial. 

You will be encouraged to understand your training zones, find your “digits” and work your technique and strategy for speed work both on water and on land.

Expect to work hard with time to recover and reflect before the next blast of the horn to signal your go go go. 

The last hour of each session finishes with your optional time trail.

This is a great way to gauge your increase in speed over any given distance. 

Our suggested time trials are 5km or 1,2,3 x 200m sprints or 2 x 1km technical.

Is this for me? 

Suitable for all paddlers. This is a great way to train for your next Aqua Paddle, GBSUP event and The Race To The Castle Event.
