SUNDAY SPRING LAKES
Join for our weekly 2hr paddle session at Spring Lakes, Long Eaton
Each week you have the option to join in with our technique focus, explore and relax on a pure paddle or work your paddle fitness and interval train all in the beautiful surroundings of Lake 3.
9:45am: Arrive ready for team brief and head out onto the water.
10am - 11am: Technique, Skill Focus, Pure, Intervals
11am - 12pm: Pure & Explore / Intervals / Optional SPLASH Time

Is this for me?
Suitable for all paddlers. Your coach will set you specific skills and drill that suit your needs, understanding and experience.
This session is not suitable for brand new paddlers. Please join our beginners workshop
All paddlers must wear a PFD when paddling at Spring Lakes - we have available for you if you need.
